2. Are your brass products handmade?
Yes, our brass pieces are lovingly handmade by skilled Indian artisans using traditional techniques passed down over generations. Slight variations are a mark of authenticity and the human touch — not defects.
3. How do I take care of my brass items?
Brass naturally develops a patina over time — a part of its charm. To keep your piece gleaming, gently clean it with a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda, or use a brass polish. Always dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
4. Do you offer gifting options?
Absolutely. Imli Street pieces make beautiful, thoughtful gifts. We offer special festive packaging and can include a handwritten note if requested — just select the gifting option at checkout or leave us a note.
5. Do you ship across India? Internationally?
We currently ship all across India. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch worldwide!
6. What are your shipping timelines?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days. Handmade or customized pieces may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
7. Can I customize a piece or bulk order for an event?

8. What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as soon as possible. Our products are fragile but our customer care is solid.
9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handmade products, we don’t offer returns. However, if there’s a genuine issue or damage, we’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.
