RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
In the odd case that you do not love your products, here is our policy on returns:
- Eligible products can only be exchanged/returned within 7 days after the delivery date. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page.
- You can initiate the exchange by raising a return request. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at accounts@imlistreet.com.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or wrong you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, sale items are final sales. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
- Color Disclaimer: Product photos are representative; minor color variations due to screen settings are not grounds for exchange or refund.
- Sale Items: No returns or exchanges on discounted pieces.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
- The Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request.
- We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Customer care team at accounts@imlistreet.com.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Imli Street. But we're a friendly bunch :)
